Unique Indian Cuisine

A taste of India you will remember

Unique Indian Cuisine is a full-service Indian and Nepalese restaurant on Colorado Boulevard in Denver — aromatic curries, tandoori specialties, and biryanis cooked with care seven days a week.

Cooking with tradition

At the heart of our kitchen is the clay oven — the tandoor — where chicken emerges charred, fragrant, and sizzling on a cast-iron platter. That same respect for technique carries through every curry, biryani, and freshly baked bread we serve.

More than one kind of table

We offer a full dedicated vegan menu alongside vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, so everyone at the table finds something they love. Spice levels run from 1 to 5, and our kitchen is genuinely happy to adjust — just ask.

A Denver neighborhood favorite

Near the University of Denver, we've become the kind of place regulars return to — where staff get to know your order and guests call it "the cutest addition to the neighborhood."

Come hungry, leave happy

Dine in, order ahead, or cater a group — there's always a way to get a meal from our kitchen on Colorado Boulevard.
